First time blogging

I am at Fort Bliss in El Paso, Texas currently going through the redeployment process at the Conus Replacement Center. I arrived Friday and met some of the folks deploying to Afghanistan with me.  The process is a week long and has many moving parts. Like many things in the army it's not always efficient but the end result is we board a plane on Friday. More later.
